About This Boat
“Scribbler” is a fantastic example of the much-loved Nonsuch Ultra 30. She offers big-boat comfort in a compact, well-balanced hull, and her self-tacking, single-sail rig makes her exceptionally easy to handle alone or with minimal crew. Her wide beam and thoughtful layout create an airy, open interior seldom found on boats of this length.

She’s had recent maintenance, including a full service of her low-hours diesel engine, new running rigging, and a survey in 2025 confirming the hull is in excellent shape. The Coppercoat hull remains effective and reduces future maintenance. Add in heating, modern canvas work, and a transferable mooring in Poole Harbour, and she’s ready for immediate cruising.

Why Choose “Scribbler”?
• Legendary ease of sailing with her cat rig
• Solid Canadian construction – last of a renowned series
• Exceptional interior space for a 30ft yacht
• Coppercoat antifouling = minimal maintenance
• Fully equipped, well-maintained, and up-to-date
• Transferable swinging mooring in Poole Harbour
