£7,500

Location: Poole, GB | Status: Sold | Length: 7.85 m | Year: 1987

Origin Yachts are proud to offer "Maggie May". A Sadler 26 fin keel cruiser. Built and designed by David Sadler. Powered by a 9HP Volvo Penta 2001 diesel engine. Sleeping four in the saloon and forepeak and an additional quarter berth. She has separate heads and a galley equipped with a two-burner gas hob, oven and coolbox. Her sail wardrobe includes; Mainsail furling Genoa by Crusader sails, new 2009. Her standing rigging was replaced in 2009. Unique to Maggie May is the mast; designed to be dropped single-handed and has a stainless steel frame to support when it is down, enabling some river and canal cruising.

In 2003 Maggie May also had her hull treated for Osmosis by the Hayling Yacht Company. She was peeled back, dried out and then re-gelled. She was last out of the water in 2022 for inspection and maintenance with no visible blisters. Her engine has also had a recent strip down and rebuild.

Her inventory includes; ST60 wind, ST60 depth, ST60 speed, Plastimo compass and Simrad VHF, Jabsco sea toilet, a gas oven with two burners, fenders, lines and warps, anchor and chain, Eberspacher diesel heating, and much much more.
